Entry-Level AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for an Entry-Level AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics. You will work closely with our AI/ML engineering team to develop models, ensure ethical AI usage, and tailor AI solutions to meet specific client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development & Refinement: Assist in developing, training, and refining AI and machine learning models, particularly for use in BusinessGPT’s governance solutions.
  • Ethical AI Practices: Implement strategies for the ethical usage of AI, ensuring that models comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to derive insights and patterns, and feed these insights back into AI models for continuous improvement.
  • Custom AI Solutions: Work with clients and internal teams to customize AI solutions tailored to specific industry needs, including healthcare, finance, and law.
  • Collaborate with Engineers & Clients: Support senior engineers and collaborate with clients on AI solution deployment and troubleshooting to ensure smooth integration.
  • Automation & Tools: Assist in building automated pipelines for AI models and provide support for deploying AI/ML services.
  • Compliance with Data Privacy: Work to ensure that all AI processes adhere to privacy and data protection regulations, particularly in regulated industries.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields. (Candidates with relevant experience and certifications may also be considered.)
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Python and SQL for building models and analyzing data.
    • Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI services.
    • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
    • Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Experience with AI: Experience in building and fine-tuning machine learning models, data analysis, and creating AI-based solutions.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinker with the ability to address challenges in AI implementation.
  • Ethical Mindset: A keen interest in the ethical usage of AI and awareness of potential biases in AI models.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other engineers, project managers, and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud AI).
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Generative AI models like GPT.
  • Certifications such as AWS AI PractitionerGoogle Cloud AI Engineer, or relevant AI/ML certifications.
