Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst at ITScybersecurity, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance risks across AI-driven cybersecurity and fraud detection solutions. You will work closely with cybersecurity experts, AI governance teams, and regulatory specialists to develop insights that enhance security measures, improve AI compliance, and support risk management strategies.

Your findings will directly support CTOs, compliance officers, and business leaders, helping them make strategic decisions that enhance security, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Risk Insights

  • Collect, process, and analyze structured and unstructured cybersecurity and AI governance data.
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and fraudulent activities using statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance BusinessGPT’s AI security, compliance, and fraud prevention capabilities.

Cybersecurity & AI Governance Support

  • Assess AI model risks, security vulnerabilities, and regulatory compliance gaps.
  • Work with cybersecurity teams to analyze threat intelligence data and improve defense strategies.
  • Support fraud detection efforts by developing analytical models for real-time risk monitoring.

Data Visualization & Reporting

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Present actionable insights to CTOs, compliance officers, and business leaders to drive informed security and compliance strategies.
  • Automate data collection and real-time risk assessment reporting.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with data engineers and software developers to improve AI security infrastructure.
  • Stay informed on cyber threats, fraud trends, AI ethics regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to new AI-driven security and fraud prevention solutions within BusinessGPT.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or AI governance.

Technical Skills

  • Data Analytics: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data querying and statistical analysis.
  • Data Visualization: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization tools.
  • Machine Learning: Familiarity with predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and fraud detection algorithms.
  • Cybersecurity & AI Compliance: Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, AI governance frameworks, and fraud detection methodologies.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for identifying cybersecurity and fraud risks.
